Dustin Goldston

Managing Partner

Dustin Goldston is the founder and CEO of Halo Land Management, a nationwide land broker that provides title services across all energy sectors. Dustin has lived in Ohio for over 10 years, moving from Texas where he graduated from Texas Tech University.

Dustin spends his free time traveling with his wife and 3 children. Dusty enjoys sport shooting, farming, fishing with his kids, and college football.

Timothy J. Moore, Esq.

Managing Partner and Title Attorney

Tim started his career in title 25 years ago running title examinations as a summer job at the age of 14 in courthouses all over Eastern Ohio. Tim has owned and operated numerous title agencies since then and has handled thousands of transactions as an attorney, title agent, and examiner.

Tim is also the managing partner at the law firm of Bixler Moore, LLC, where his practice has exclusively been in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and elder law. Bixler Moore has a team of 15 professionals that support thousands of families in Ohio and Florida with their real estate and estate needs.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law as well as Kent State University. He attended Kidron Central Christian High School in the rolling hills of Wayne County, part of the world’s largest Amish community.

Tim resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife Kristen who is a magistrate judge, and his daughter. He is an avid skier, hiker and travels extensively with his wife as they follow their daughter around the country in her athletic endeavors.

Nathan D. Larson

Director of Operations and Title Insurance Agent

Nate is a graduate of Kent State University and a highly experienced title agent with over 10 years in the title insurance industry. He got his start in 2010 with the law firm of Bixler Moore, LLC, and has been the Title Insurance Agent and Manager of Moore Title Group, LLC since its inception.

Over the years Nate has assisted with estate/trust administration, business planning, real estate projects and transactions. Originally from Wayne County, he now resides with his wife and son in North Canton, Ohio, and enjoys traveling with his family, all things Cleveland sports, and coaching his son in youth soccer.

JR Rogers

Manager of Business Development / Sales

JR Rogers comes to Halo Land Title with an extensive 35-years experience in sales and business development. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron and has worked as an industry sales representative ever since. He has vast experience in property management and real estate.

When JR isn't traveling for work, he enjoys college football and working with his hands repairing anything and everything and considers himself to be a MacGuyver.
